During this last step, the subdivision project gains architectural blueprints that serve as suggestions to be incorporated into the subdivision project itself. This aims at projecting qualified architectural buildings that ensure the constructions will comply with the subdivision projects constraints and restrictions. Moreover, these blueprints translates into practical concepts the conditions and ideas previously observed in the Basic Planning step.
The usual subdivision projects constraints determine how the terrain shall be occupied and used; the project also precisely indicates how much of the terrain shall be used and represents the rationale behind land occupation throughout the subdivision project.
